Heatparts Delivery Information

At Heatparts, we offer a variety of delivery options to suit your needs. Please note that specific terms and conditions may apply to each delivery method.

All delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout, covering your entire order—no per-item delivery fees.

If you have unique delivery requirements not addressed below, please get in touch with us.

Dispatching

  • Orders placed before 3:30pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) for in-stock items will typically be dispatched the same day. For weekend orders, the items will be dispatched the next working day.
  • Orders placed outside these times will be dispatched on the next working day.
  • While we maintain a broad range of stock, some deliveries, particularly express options, depend on availability. If you urgently need an item, we recommend checking stock availability by phone before placing your order.
  • If an item is out of stock, we can split your order to send available items immediately, with the rest following later. This is not automatic, so please contact us if you would like this option.

UK Delivery Options

We partner with several couriers, including UPS, DHL, and Yodel, to deliver your goods. The specific courier is chosen based on various factors and may vary.

  • Non-Timed Deliveries: Typically arrive between 8 am and 6 pm.
  • All deliveries require a signature. If you’re unavailable, the courier will leave a card with contact information to arrange a redelivery or collection from a local depot.
  • While we strive to meet delivery times, we cannot guarantee exact times due to factors beyond our control. We advise you not to schedule installation until you have physically received your products.
  • We will notify you of any unexpected delays as soon as we are aware of them.
  • Deliveries to remote locations (e.g., Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands) may take slightly longer than advertised.

You can view available delivery options and prices by adding items to your Shopping Basket. Common services include:

  • UPS Collection Point: Pick up from a local UPS Access Point. Orders placed before the cut-off time will be delivered to your chosen location the next working day. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for collection, requiring ID and a signature upon pickup. Uncollected orders will be returned to us after 10 days, and we’ll issue a refund.
  • Standard Delivery: Delivered within 1-2 working days after dispatch, though times may vary based on location and other factors.
  • Next Day Delivery: Orders placed before the cut-off time will arrive the next working day.
  • Pre-Noon Delivery: Orders placed before the cut-off time will be delivered before 12 pm the next working day.

International Delivery Options

At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of the UK. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Receiving Your Order

Upon receiving your order, please check the packaging for any visible damage or tampering. Note any issues upon signing for the goods and notify us.

Inspect your products upon receipt. If any items are damaged, broken, or faulty, please inform us immediately. Any damage or deficiencies must be reported within 14 calendar days of delivery.

You can contact us through various channels, and we will work to resolve any issues promptly.

Free Delivery Promotions

Occasionally, we offer free delivery promotions at our discretion.

  • "Free delivery" refers to standard UK delivery services only. Next-day or timed delivery options are considered upgrades and will incur additional charges.
  • If a minimum purchase is required for free delivery, it applies to the subtotal (product costs minus any discounts). Delivery charges do not count toward the minimum.
